• Residency: Legal resident of the 50 U.S. states or D.C.

• Education: Intent to apply, applying to or enrolled in an accredited 2- or 4-year college, trade, vocational, or technical program.

• Video or short essay—your choice. Submit a video or short essay telling what you’re passionate about and how you plan to make a difference.
