Eligibility:

• Be a U.S. citizen and Texas resident

• High School Senior

• Plan to attend an accredited, not-for-profit university in the state of Texas.

• Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

• Have met a minimum score requirement for either SAT (950) or ACT (19)

• Class rank - Top half
