Eligibility:

• Must be a graduating high school senior

• Have a strong academic record

• Demonstrate leadership and community involvement

• Plan to pursue a degree in business, geology, environmental science, engineering, or a related field

• Show financial need

• Reside in one of the eligible counties:

  • Texas: Aransas, Bee, Brooks, Jim Wells, Kenedy, Kleberg, Nueces, Refugio, Duval, or San Patricio

  • South Dakota: Fall River County, Custer County

  • Wyoming: Albany, Natrona, Freemont
